 PMOfficers Consulting, S.L. y sus marcas asociadas (PMOXperience / PMOXsuite / PMOAcademy), Encuesta sobre Oficinas de Gestión de Proyectos y Productos. Usuario final: 10 de mayo de 2020.

La Encuesta sobre Oficinas de Gestión de Proyectos y Productos está gestionada por PMOfficers Consulting, una empresa constituida en España cuya sede social está en Barcelona/España (PMOfficers Consulting).

  • La Encuesta estará abierta hasta las 23: 59h (CET) del viernes 30 de octubre de 2020 (Fecha de cierre).
  • The Survey is open to all persons above 18 years of age.
  • No es necesario comprar para participar en la encuesta.
  • La encuesta que se propone tiene una visión académica y profesional. El objetivo principal es aportar conocimiento al desarrollo continuo de las oficinas de gestión de proyectos y productos. La información proporcionada por los encuestados no se utilizará con fines comerciales.
  • No se permiten múltiples entradas por persona.
  • PMOfficers Consulting no acepta ninguna responsabilidad por las entradas que se pierdan, sean ilegibles, estén incompletas o alteradas, todas esas entradas serán eliminadas. No se aceptarán entradas después de la fecha de cierre.
  • Los participantes recibirán un informe final de PMOfficers Survey 2020.
  • El informe final de PMOfficers Survey 2020 se compartirá por correo electrónico durante un período de tiempo comprendido entre Julio de 2020 y Diciembre de 2020. El informe final estará abierto a todos los miembros de la comunidad que compartieron su visión con PMOfficers y todas las organizaciones que nos permiten desarrollar esta encuesta.
  • Los participantes de la encuesta serán recompensados con contenido gratuito que se especificará cuando se envíe el informe final a la comunidad de PMOfficers.
  • Los participantes reconocen que las fechas de cualquier evento de PMOfficers Consulting no pueden modificarse.
  • PMOfficers Consulting tendrá derecho a finalizar la Encuesta o modificar estos términos y condiciones a su absoluta discreción en cualquier momento.
  • En la medida permitida por la ley, excluyendo la responsabilidad por lesiones personales o muerte injusta, PMOfficers Consulting excluye toda responsabilidad en relación con la Encuesta o la Recompensa otorgada o no otorgada en relación con la Encuesta.
  • Estos términos y condiciones se regirán e interpretarán de conformidad con la legislación de España (BOE-A-2018-16673).

Terms and Conditions

PMOfficers Consulting,S.L. and his associated brands (PMOXperience/PMOXsuite/PMOAcademy), Project and Product Management Offices Survey. End-user: 10 May 2020

The Project and Product Management Offices Survey is managed by PMOfficers Consulting a company incorporated in Spain whose registered office is Barcelona/Spain, (PMOfficers Consulting).

  • The Survey shall be open until 23:59h (CET) on Friday the 30th October  2020 (Closing Date).
  • The Survey is open to all persons above 18 years of age.
  • No purchase is necessary to take part in the survey.
  • The survey that is proposed has an academic and professional vision. The main objective is to contribute knowledge to the continuous development of Project and Product Management Offices. The information provided by the respondents will not be used for commercial purposes.
  • Multiple entries per person are not permitted.
  • PMOfficers Consulting accepts no responsibility for any entries that are lost, illegible, incomplete or altered and all such entries shall be disqualified. No entries will be accepted after the Closing Date.
  • Entrants will receive a PMOfficers Survey 2020 final report.
  • The final PMOfficers Survey 2020 report will be shared by email over a period of time between July 2020 and December 2020. The final report will be open to all community members who shared their vision with PMOfficers and all organizations that allow us to develop this survey.
  • The survey entrants will be rewarded with some free content that will be specified when the final report will be sent to the PMOfficers community.
  • Entrants acknowledge that the dates of any PMOfficers Consulting events cannot be altered.
  • PMOfficers Consulting shall be entitled to terminate the Survey or modify these terms and conditions in its absolute discretion at any time.
  • To the extent permitted by law, excluding liability for personal injury or wrongful death, PMOfficers Consulting excludes all liability in connection with the Survey or the Reward awarded or not awarded in connection with the Survey.
  • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain (BOE-A-2018-16673).
